Indonesia (KNI)
The main role of the Senior Environment Engineer at KNI is to lead the
development of sustainability and environmental systems at KNI Bontang Site and
to take a lead role in conducting environmental risk assessments and auditing
to ensure KNI operations are compliant with environmental legislation and
corporate standards. The role acts as a focal point for environment management
on site. This position reports to SHE Manager.
SENIOR ENVIRONMENT ENGINEER
Requirements:
·
Bachelor
degree in Chemical or Environment Engineering.
·
Preferably
post graduate qualifications in the area of Environment Science.
·
Certified
AMDAL (Environmental Impact Analysis) course.
·
Minimum of 5
years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed for these
occupations, such as the oil & gas and petrochemical plant operations
including handling of plant environmental protection & management program
and other relevant environment issues.
·
Substantial
experience (5-7 yrs) in a variety of roles including design, commissioning and
project management with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·
Knowledge in
Engineering principles, environmental systems and risk assessment techniques.
·
Experience
in leading a small project group; and proven skills in project management.
·
Ability to
lead, motivate and influence people.
·
Well
developed coaching and training skills.
